Description

As a Technical Product Designer at Pinehill, you will use CAD systems to create technical documentation for components and assemblies and produce detailed designs.

You will work closely with production and apply your skills to current projects for well-known automotive manufacturers.

Through the implementation of your designs in our manufacturing and assembly processes, you will receive practical training that will prepare you for your future career.


Here's what you'll learn with us:

  • Basic knowledge of metalworking techniques such as filing, grinding, sawing, drilling, turning, milling, and threading
  • 3D design of fixtures, assemblies, and forming tools using CAD programs such as CATIA V5 or Siemens NX, while considering technical specifications and standards
  • Creation of detailed designs and productionready workshop drawings with appropriate dimensions for components
  • Preparation of technical support documents such as parts lists, clamping plans, and documentation and operating instructions
  • Evaluation of manufacturing and assembly processes and selection of materials based on their properties and potential uses
