    Description
    • Responsible for creation and management of in-product marketing experiments. Work closely with the Pinner Engagement PMM team to deploy experiments in a timely manner.
    • Provide strategic planning and thinking on how we implement and use in-product channels through the lens of product for our GTM efforts across XFN teams including sequencing, prioritization, scheduling, creative feedback, and campaign lifycycles.
    • Partner with Pinner Engagement Product Marketing Manager on QA process to test in-product campaigns across different browsers and mobile devices.
    • Partner with Lead Product Analyst on channel performance and optimize the production and deployment of in-product marketing experiments.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues on toolings.
    • Collaborate with XFN stakeholders including PMM, Marketing, Product and Eng Managers and others who are the owner/creator of the marketing campaigns.
    Skills
    • 5 years of experience managing projects from start to finish as a project/program manager, account manager, or campaign manager; including data reporting, testing and deploying product marketing experiments
    • Has experience working with product and Engineering teams
    • Has some experience A/B testing creatives, using analytic tools, and QA'ing & deploying marketing campaigns
    • Has a keen eye for detail; someone who can execute tasks thoroughly and double check their work
    • An excellent communicator and team player who is able to talk with all levels and roles.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
