- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's in Finance/Business also considered if applicable accounting experience is relevant)
- A minimum of two years of hands-on accounting experience
- Candidates must possess a refined business acumen and professional communication style
- Experience with Great Plains a plus
- Fixed asset accounting knowledge a plus
- Record and maintain records of all fixed asset transactions
- Assist in the development and monitoring of spend budgets
- Prepare reporting on capital expenditure data for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Support all month-end close related fixed asset tasks - including capitalization, depreciation, and monthly reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all capital expenditure transactions and approvals
