    Description

    Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Global Director of IT Service Desk to be a part of a leading data infrastructure company centered on creating digital trust.

    The Global Director will be responsible for managing a team of 25-50 people worldwide to provide IT solutions. This position is a Hybrid permanent role in Dallas, TX .

    The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience, specializing in global service desk experience in EMEA and/or APAC regions.

    Supporting overall global IT service desk


    • Manage a team of 25-50 people across the globe, providing global/local IT support
    • Strengthen team structure, build internal capabilities in house, and implement/improve supporting processes to align with broader IT department
    • Global Service desk experience (EMEA and APAC)
    • ITSM Transformation experience
    • Willing to work off hours due to time zone difference (likely 2 days a week)
