    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions within a national industry association.


    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in the full spectrum planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including helping to set timelines, identify tactics, communicate with stakeholders, develop assets, and report on results.
    • Participate in the creation and distribution of marketing campaign collateral such as flyers, emails, social media content, digital ads, and more.
    • Support the development of written content for the ACCA website and social media platforms.
    • Help track, compile, and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
    • Research and compile a list of industry micro-influencers, podcasters, and media for ACCA to leverage as a part of a thought leadership strategy.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
    • Understanding of SEO practices, content optimization, and AP Style.
