- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client industries, including market trends, competitive environments, and internal capabilities. Identify strategic opportunities and risks and develop frameworks to guide decision-making.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership to ensure deep understanding of their strategic objectives and alignment of the project deliverables. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and guiding key stakeholders.
- Solution Development: Develop innovative and tailored strategic solutions that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance. Prepare and present business cases and strategic plans that clearly articulate strategy and execution steps.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with both the client's teams and internal teams to mobilize and deploy strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Assist clients with organizational change management associated with strategy implementation. Develop change management plans, communicate to all affected stakeholders, and facilitate training and support as needed.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the intellectual capital of the firm through research, writing, and presenting on relevant topics in strategic management. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously enhance offerings.
- Business Development: Support the development of new business, including proposal development, client presentations, and networking with potential clients. Expand client engagement through exemplary delivery and identification of follow-on project opportunities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Experience in consulting with top-tier firms is highly regarded.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in crafting clear, persuasive business communications.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on managing projects and influencing cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and interact with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining attention to detail. Capable of critically evaluating and navigating complex business challenges.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed to meet client needs.
- Salary: Competitive, typically ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and location.
