The role will provide comprehensive support executing a full range of administrative duties.
In this role, responsibilities include (but are not limited to) heavy calendar management, coordination of complex meetings including executive stakeholders, assembly of briefing materials, arranging travel, expense report preparation, and planning and organizing events (internal in-person trainings, project workshops, etc.).
As a working professional, he/she will be expected to handle tasks independently, proactively, and discreetly.This position will also coordinate with other Administrative Professionals in Strategy and Consulting, as well as across the organization to support the work of the department.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to 2 Vice Presidents.
- Proactively maintain complex calendar; anticipate conflicts and use diplomacy to resolve issues in advance
- Handles full spectrum of travel arrangements (i.e. research/book flights, hotels and ground transportation; crosssite access, passport and visa documents) and provide itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports for review; perform reconciliations in line with Pfizer policy
- Organize teleconferences, WebEx, videoconference and inperson meetings and ensure all technologies needed are available, operational, and all guests are registered
- Request and prepare briefing materials for meetings in advance, handling confidential information with discretion
- Partner with the Business Operations Lead to facilitate the logistics and planning of meetings and events for Strategy and Consulting (e.g. SC Town Halls, team events, External meetings, etc.)
- Manage and update distribution lists, organizational chart, key meetings documents
- Assist the Business Operations Lead with the Strategy and Consulting Reward & Recognition Program
- Proactively and independently organize and expedite workflow and initiate followup when necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with Administrative peers on departmentwide initiatives and events as needed
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of any Strategy and Consulting contractors
- Open and track all purchase orders and work with vendors to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner; liaise with finance as needed
- Assist with administrative needs associated with recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Flexibility may be required to occasionally work later or longer hours to accommodate special events/assignments.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
- High school degree required.
- 35 years administrative experience
- Must be professional, selfmotivated, flexible, open to growth and challenges and a proven team player
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced dynamic environment while demonstrating a resourceful, positive attitude and a superior work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized and able to successfully handle simultaneous priorities, with speed and accuracy
- A strong sense of personal integrity; able to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information; demonstrate good judgment and decisionmaking
- Professional and articulate communication skills; able to seamlessly interact with experienced professionals.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, anticipate and solve problems, and take initiative
- Customer service orientation, as S&C is an enabling function
- College degree preferred
- Experience supporting a senior leader preferred
Technical Skills Requirements:
Excellent technical skills and comfort with new technologies that will enable simplicity and efficiency: PC proficient and expert at MS Office, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, teleconference/WebEx and videoconferencing solutions.
