    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an Associate Attorney with experience in Employment Law, non-competes, and employment termination to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with a commitment to excellence in their practice.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Advise clients on Employment Law matters, including but not limited to non-competes, employment termination, and state and federal lawsDraft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and company policiesResearch and interpret legal regulations and rulings to advise clientsRepresent clients in court in Employment Law disputesPrepare and present cases in courtDevelop strategies to protect clients from potential legal issuesConduct investigations to de-conflict potential disputesAdvise clients on changes in Employment Law regulationsMaintain client files and documentsWrite legal documents and briefsQualifications:Juris Doctorate from accredited law schoolAdmission to practice law in the state of residenceStrong knowledge of Employment Law, non-competes, and employment terminationExcellent research and writing skillsAbility to analyze complex legal documents and briefsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesApply directly or send your resume and law school transcripts to Jeffrey.comBenefitsMedical/Dental/VisionPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation401kAnnual BonusApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
