Tasks we want to win you for:

  • Disciplinary and technical management of the Electrical Engineering department
  • Responsible for the establishment and strategic direction of the department in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Product Management
  • Management and coordination of research and development projects (R&D)
  • Strategic resource planning
  • Ensuring communication with internal departments
  • Independent creation of technical documents and proposals
  • Independent creation of production documents (routing cards)
  • Project management for orders
  • Planning and monitoring of continuous improvement measures
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Ensuring required documentation
