- Associate degree with a minimum of seven years direct experience as an Administrative Assistant, a bachelor's degree in a related field of study or a combination of substantial experience and education in the administrative field is required.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior-level managers, including high-ranking military and civilian personnel in medical, health care, and technical fields.
- Capacity to coordinate and direct a variety of support services, including managing reproduction equipment, scheduling equipment maintenance, and organizing courier runs.
- Understanding and implementation of approved security practices related to personnel and document control.
- Ensuring efficient operation of conference facilities and overall office operations.
- Strong organizational skills to schedule and manage various tasks, including equipment maintenance, courier runs, and conference facility usage.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating support services and interacting with personnel at different levels.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of high-level management and varied responsibilities.
- Technical proficiency in utilizing reproduction equipment and other office tools.
