This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their project to include communication, order entry, order progress, invoicing and more Check out all the great details to this excellent opportunity below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In Person

Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: Targeting $50,000 annually

Here is what you will be responsible for as their Customer Service Rep:

Act as the lead Customer Service Representative for defined Project Customers
Review customer documentation/project details to determine order entry, schedule sequencing, material planning, transportation planning, accuracy and conformance
Distribute & communicate customer production schedules or work orders to departments.
Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of
materials and meet production schedules.
Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Revise production schedules when required and resolve complaints/delays
Coordinate shipping activities
Support invoice management for customer projects

We're actively looking for strong Customer Service professionals with the following background profile:

HS Diploma/GED is required
5+ years of prior customer service experience in a manufacturing/construction related environment
Must be mechanically inclined with a familiarity to product drawings/layouts/blueprints
Prior experience with production control and scheduling
