*On-call rotation to support the applications as needed

Job Description:

Engage as apart of an agile squad
Help maintain applications across Capital Markets and Treasury management
Asses application vulnerabilities and issues
Responsible for continuous improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting/monitoring systems
Connect applications with other source systems
Conduct triage work and light Java solving
Understand customer impact and overall urgency of tickets vs tickets
Must understand the SDLC, can read Java, write Java, deploy code
Solve problems, be self motivated, independent learner
Understand the larger ecosystem of problems/vulnerabilities in an environment

Must Haves:

Previous Production support experience
HIS, IIS, Linux, Tomcat, Windows, AIX on Unix
Oracle, SQL, DB2
SiteScope / DynaTrace / Splunk
ServiceNow
Java
Problem solver, self starter Nice to Have:
Confluence
