- Use of business development for greater account and opportunity knowledge
- Development of detailed / comprehensive account plans for each Business Development staff member
- Updating our pipeline tools for registering and developing new opportunities
- Business Intelligence Research that supports the Opportunity Gate Review Process
- Reaching a gate threshold process that provides enough intelligence for a concise BNB decision by management
- Application of a CRM tool to retain and maintain key account information
- Business Intelligence Development/Usage
- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Detailed Account Planning
- Other duties as assigned.
- Four-year Degree from Accredited University
- Two years' Work Experience in a Field Conducting Research, analytics, and customer service
- Experience with Government Contracting
- Expert Internet Navigation Skills
- Comprehensive working knowledge of GSA EBuy, Deltek GovWinIQ, SAM, Seaport NXG, and other procurement sites preferred
- Working knowledge of consulting services, information technology, and project-oriented work; knowledge of the Federal market is a plus
- Work with and identify all contracting officers & contract specialists at your identified customers to engage/market directly, introduce our services/capabilities
- Ability to understand how our competitors are performing to look for ways to unseat them
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
