Your core tasks include documentation and dealing with all payment-related transactions.


How You Can Make a Difference

  • Posting and booking of incoming invoices, acting as an interface between Global Business Service and operational units, managing correspondence with internal contacts and suppliers both nationally and internationally
  • Clarifying discrepancies, creating error logs, making corrections, checking associated documents for completeness, accuracy, and authorization
  • Processing of intercompany transactions according to defined rules, monitoring open items, managing reminders, and providing support in case of uncertainties
  • Conducting periodic closings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in compliance with internal guidelines in various IT systems, including any necessary corrective postings
  • Taking responsibility for and coordinating process optimizations with a focus on automation and digitalization, as well as participating in international strategic projects
  • Creating statistics and evaluations for various target groups, gathering interdisciplinary information and data
  • Competent point of contact for various inquiries in the field of responsibility and responding to requests in English

What You Bring

  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Ideally, knowledge of MS Office products and SAP systems (SAP-FI/SAP-MM)
  • Structured, goaloriented, and independent way of working, resilience, and commitment
