Your Future Plans

The Sales Product & New Business team primarily serves as a sales product partner for internal sales units and external customers.

This includes topics such as Green Power Production (PPA), Asset Flexibilities, and Market Access for Central Europe and Asia-Pacific.


In addition, the team's responsibilities include developing innovative infrastructure and platform solutions to ensure product scalability in RWE Supply & Trading GmbH's core markets.


As a working student, you will support the team in executing all operational tasks and gain extensive insights into the business of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH.


Your tasks will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Preparation and creation of customer presentations and commercial analyses
  • Support in collecting plantspecific data
  • Support for project work and innovations related to virtual power plants
  • Analysis of technical feasibility and commercial benefits for new products
  • Collaboration with various internal stakeholders (operations, trading desk, business support)
  • Support in telephone acquisition and customer surveys
  • Processing written correspondence in German

Your Qualifications

  • You are enrolled as a student and have a strong interest in the energy sector and sales tasks
  • You have gained initial professional experience in a company
  • You have a high level of motivation and independence
  • You find it easy to convey complex topics and enjoy communicating
  • Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile
