    Description
    Source and attract top talent for our growing organization
    Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best talent in the robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation industries
    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
    Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide support in the hiring process
    Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
    Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, techniques, and technologies

    Requirements:
    4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong focus on robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation industries
    Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing tools
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
