- RN Nursing care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician's orders and patient plan of care.
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions.
- Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants.
- Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) certification.
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.
- Instructor-led CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
- Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team.
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly.
- Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care.
