You will support our customers or their IT department from the order receipt, through technical preliminary discussions, to the provision and configuration of our solution
You will gather customer requirements and implement the best possible product configuration based on their existing email infrastructure
You will work with our product management, sales, and IT teams to continuously improve our solution and internal processes
You will assist our support team with technical special cases and specific customer inquiries in the area of 2nd & 3rd level support
