- Respond promptly and implement necessary measures to address any deviations from standard procedures.
- Monitor charts and conduct tests to ensure the sterility of products.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) processing equipment, including setup and connections.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders and other required documentation.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment according to established protocols.
- Continuously monitor hydrogen peroxide levels throughout the filling process, making adjustments as needed.
- Review and perform necessary calculations for work orders and data charts.
- Manage inventory and replenish production materials as required.
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
