Our e-learning startup in the heart of Cologne is growing and you have the chance to actively shape sales success as a Key Account Manager.
What you will do:

Handle customer inquiries
- You advise from the initial conversation, through needs analysis to creating offers. In order to always offer a suitable and individually tailored solution, you work closely with our creative team.
Develop key accounts
- You take care of and develop sales for wellknown companies such as Stepstone, Telekom or Lufthansa. You build a trusting relationship with key decisionmakers.

Achieve sales
- You keep relevant KPIs in mind and proactively identify potential to reach your sales goals.

Organize appointments
- You organize and moderate internal and external appointments (e.g. pitches, kickoffs or project retrospectives). This ensures a smooth project process and keeps the project morale high.
