We are currently looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Head of Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) to join our team in Bolindale, OH.

Your new job:

  • Analyze and conceptualize the entire value chain, identify potential for process optimization, and implement suitable measures in line with strategic goals
  • Develop and implement KPIs and reporting, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing corresponding measures
  • Professionalize and align processes and technologies with a focus on internal digitalization initiatives
  • Manage and lead the entire supply chain department, both functionally and disciplinarily
  • Continuously develop and manage processes and workflows within the supply chain
  • Regularly communicate across departments along the supply chain
  • Monitor delivery dates and deadlines for both trade goods and inhouse products to ensure service levels are met
  • Independently lead improvement projects along the entire supply chain
  • Perform crossregional tasks

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial training and/or a degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in a responsible position in supply chain management, logistics, and/or production
  • Several years of leadership experience and excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as strong social competence
  • Goal and resultsoriented work style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assert oneself in a partnershiporiented manner
  • Enjoy working in a team
