Your responsibilities:

Prepare test activities for avionics ground and flight tests
Assist in defining test content, scenarios, and aircraft configuration
Conduct ground tests on the aircraft
Monitor test data system behavior during flight tests
Support and analyze test data, and report results
Report any deviations
Assist in defining requirements for test instrumentation and tools
Develop analysis routines/software or define requirements for analysis software for test data analysis
Support system design and development from a verification perspective
Ensure completeness of verification activities

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical, Electronics, or equivalent)
12 years of experience in avionics and weapon integration activities preferred
Open to new ideas for improving processes and tools
