Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager Consumer Experience and Floor Manager to provide our consumers with a premium experience in Heilwood, PA. This is achieved by promoting an outstanding end-to-end service experience at the Green Lab, in line with an effective, creative, and brand-oriented consumer experience, with the goal of increasing consumer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and conversion rates.
  • Lead, engage, and inspire the Green Lab team to ensure an efficient, productive, creative, and servicebased culture.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager Consumer Experience, Marketing Activation Manager, and Store team in identifying key actions and assisting in the implementation of all topics related to the consumer service culture.
  • Drive consumer service through innovation and operational drivers at the defined consumer touchpoint, and share knowledge and experience regarding products, features, benefits, competitors, and the future market to promote brand loyalty, consumer focus, and flagship KPIs at the Green Lab.
  • Drive the identification, improvement, and implementation of best practices at the Green Lab in collaboration with the wider store teams and leads to establish a successful model of consumer service culture.
  • Understand the behaviors and patterns of the flagship store consumer base, draw appropriate conclusions, and consult with colleagues to meet or exceed consumer expectations in their respective areas of responsibility.
  • Strengthen consumer loyalty through highquality interactions; implement and coordinate smooth execution of instore activations in collaboration with the Marketing Activation Manager, VM, and Retail
