Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 $90,000/year
  • Performance Bonus: $20,000 performance bonus ($400 / week)
  • Employee Ownership Shares (ESOP)

Responsibilities and Duties
The Program Manager reports directly to the VP and CEO.

The Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of all facility policies and procedures including public affairs and community relations.

The individual is responsible for submitting protocols, protocol amendments, and reports to the State, TJC, VP and CEO. He/She/They will also be responsible for integrating staff services as described in program protocol/operations manual. The Program Manager is responsible for hiring and providing training and supervision of all staff.

The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations as well as Accreditation Standards, including the submission of corrective action plans to said agencies i.e.

State DHCS/DSS, The City and TJC).The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining operational control of a financial budgets set forth by Akua Management. This includes but is not limited to expense control, revenue building, admissions, discharges, AMAs, and patient length of stay.

The Program Manager is responsible for the security of medications, client records, employee records and any other documentation deemed necessary by the CEO, VP and/or State DHCS/DSS and TJC.

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facility and it's staff protect the rights and confidentiality of all patients and provides each client with the required clinical care.

He /She/They is responsible for all program clinical services and the appropriate delivery of said services on a consistent basis.

The Program Manager will be an appropriately licensed professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) with 3 years of experience in a residential treatment setting This individual must possess managerial and leadership skills.

There is no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment as the Program Manager and does not display evidence of misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed as the Program Manager.


Quality Of Work:

The Program Manager will ensure all State and Federal Regulations, including accreditation agency standards are maintained at all times. The Program Manager has knowledge of and is culturally sensitive to employees and the problems of patients.


Quantity Of Work:

The Program Manager is the final administrative and clinical authority with regard to the day-to-day operations of the facility.

In collaboration with the Medical Director (when addressing issues impacting medical treatment), CEO, and CCO, the Program Manager oversees and supervises all staff activity and decision-making.

The Program Manager position is a salaried position, which requires on-call, evening and weekend hours.
