    Description

    The Performance Operations area at the College of Performing Arts seeks a highly motivated student(s) to serve as Event Communications, Student Assistant.

    We're looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual(s) to support initiatives within the Performance Operations - Event Communications and Marketing area.

    This position reports to the Manager of Performance and Event Communications and is an ideal position for students who are interested in curating, compiling and editing communications and marketing materials.


    This position is open to student applicants with Federal Work Study awards, as well as student applicants without a Federal Work Study award.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, collect and organize content for Event Programs, including data entry and online research.
    • Read and respond promptly to email from event organizers, including Faculty, Students or Staff
    • Edit and proofread program documentation
    • Create digital programs and QR codes
    • Create registration pages on the web-based event platform, Splash
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Work Mode:
    Hybrid


    Hourly Rate:
    $16/hour

    Hours per Week: 3-20
