Essential Duties:
Provide IT support to Executive level staffWork on special projects with IT Operations TeamHelp support technicians in a team environmentDocument processes for training purposes as well as knowledgebaseMonitor and respond effectively to support requests received through the IT ticketing systemTroubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software problemsIdentify and recommend hardware/software products in relation to required specificationsProvide IT support to various departments during conferences/events at Charis in Woodland ParkOther tasks as neededQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to effectively handle a wide variety of duties with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listeningStrong problem-solving skillsProven organization and documentation abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional customer service dispositionWillingness and ability to lift and/or move equipment/boxes up to 50lbsRequirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred. 4+ years of Deskside Support experience.
A+/Network+/Microsoft/Apple certification is preferred.
Must pass all required checksExperience:
Microsoft Windows 8, 10, and 11 support experienceMicrosoft Office 2016 and Office 365 support experienceMac OSX and iOS support experienceSharePoint online experience a plusPhone System experience a plusCompensation is commensurate with experience.
