Description

Job Description Perform all duties common to general interior and exterior painting, washing and preparing surfaces including but not limited to wood, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and the application of primers and fillers.

Must be experienced in the application of lacquer, oil and water-based paints by brush, roller and spray painting. Must have the ability to work from heights to cut and install glass. Will perform other painting duties as assigned.

When painting occupied areas will be required to remove items from walls and away from walls and put all items back when completed.

Duties may also include taping, patching and surface preparation. Qualifications required of applicant * Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a painter. * Previous experience with various types of staging and aerial lifts necessary.

* Must be able to work for long periods on one's feet, requires frequent bending and kneeling and carrying/lifting heavy objects/items.

Shift:
