We are looking for a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time for our Restoration Technology department at our Sand Ridge location.

Your responsibilities:

· Receiving and handling damage claims over the phone
· Creating and monitoring quotes, orders, and invoices
· Scheduling and coordinating restoration technicians and project managers
· Documenting project-related costs

What we expect from you:

· Completed commercial apprenticeship
· Dedicated, stress-resistant work ethic and team spirit
· Organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness
· Fluent in German, both written and spoken
· Proficient in MS Office
