We are looking for professional construction managers to join our team at Grass Lake. Do you want to work with us on diverse, creative, and challenging projects? Your expertise is needed:

Soliciting bids and awarding construction contracts
Creating and evaluating price comparisons
Assisting with preparation for contract negotiations
Compiling contract documents and attachments
Assisting with construction supervision for individual trades and general contractor sites
Planning, managing, and monitoring project timelines
Ensuring quality control and assurance
Actively managing and monitoring costs to stay within project budget
Continuously communicating with clients and their representatives
Participating in and documenting construction meetings
Managing external project participants such as specialist engineers or authorities
Representing the interests of our respective business partners
