Developing frameworks and automation tools for security certificationsBuilding certified product configurations and driving their compliance throughout the cycleMaintaining technical requirements defined by certification bodiesMaintaining certification testing requirements and automationCoordinating with production teams on implementing recommendations from certification labsAround 5 years of total computing experience in academia / FOSS / commercial sectorsScripting skills in any of Python, Bash, PerlIn-depth knowledge of Linux OSKnowledge of system hardening and security conceptsFamiliarity with Jira and Atlassian tools stackHands on experience of handling XML and YAML formatsUnderstanding of OVAL, XCCDF, CPE data formats and feedsHands-on knowledge: SCAP scanningBonus knowledge: C programmingBonus experience: any of STIG, PCI DSS, CIS BenchmarksBonus hands-on knowledge: Ansible, SaltGood communication level of EnglishYou will find and can connect to highly skilled engineers at SUSEWe provide many different products and endless opportunities to learnWe help our employees to developWe work with, support, maintain, and advocate open-sourceYou can work with and within an international teamOur working hours are as flexible as can be any team-work from homeWe organize regular events (hackathons, workshops, outdoor events, etc) to build up relationships and friendship within and across teamsAt SUSE the opinion of the employee mattersSUSE is a growing company, with great products, a culture that fosters openness and friendship, and where many opportunities exist
