Are you ready to join us?


We are looking for a Senior Project Controls Scheduler to provide support on projects ranging from design through construction for a variety of project types related to transportation, aviation, and water/wastewater.


Essential Functions:


Develop the activities, logic, resource loading and progress to provide a fully integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.


Comply with planning and progress monitoring procedures to ensure that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently.

Develop status reporting framework.

Support the overall schedule monthly progress update cycle, forecast, critical path, and trend analysis. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to project management.

Interface with project personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and Drivers. Assist with identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plan(s.)

Assist with developing, organizing, and maintaining project document control processes and procedures. Support and facilitate project cost management and control processes.

Contribute to the development of the project risk profiles and translate into the project plans as appropriate. Assist with regularly tracking the schedule risk mitigation efforts. Deliver close out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work.


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Spreadsheet, graphics, database management, and word processing software. Transportation/Transit experience preferred.
  • Certification in Primavera P6 preferred
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and SharePoint) preferred
  • Strong organizational ability and good communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks through organization and multitasking

Education and Experience:


  • B.S. Degree
  • Engineering, Construction Management or Business
  • Minimum 8 years of Project Controls experience preferred
The salary range for this position is between $130k and $166K per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
