- Perform technical tax review and approval of all tax returns and governmental tax examinations.
- Delegate and manage governmental tax examinations and may represent the client before taxing authorities.
- Participate actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts.
- Supervise and train senior, semi-seniors, and staff accountants.
- Five or more years of experience in public accounting with a progression in tax return complexity.
- Experience representing clients before taxing authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required, master's degree in taxation preferred.
- Minimum of forty hours of continuing education required each year.
