    Description

    The Renal-Electrolyte Division is hiring

    The Business Admin Manager for the research department is seeking an undergraduate to assist in the daily tasks required to keep our research labs running smoothly. We are always striving to do things more efficiently, organized, and even fun so we encourage independent and creative thinkers to apply

    APPLY AT:

    The incumbent will be responsible for office support tasks such as, but not limited to:

    Mail receiving and delivery

    Supply re-stocking

    Scanning and organizing files

    Data entry, filing, and recordkeeping

    Basic welcome tasks for visitors, such as escorting visitors to specific division labs/offices

    Organizing and collaborating with direct supervisor as well as others to create organizational systems

    Assistant in the annual conferences hosted by the division as well as regularly scheduled presentations

    Will also assist in events for social, morale, retirement, etc

    Requires basic skills acquired through some previous work experience, training and/or completion of related coursework. Responsibilities may require the application of basic organizational and/or more technical knowledge, operation and accountability for more complex equipment or performing routine tasks. Some independent decision making with daily on-site supervision.

    Preferred knowledge with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, Canva, Zoom, Teams, and other common software required to complete tasks within an office.
