Responsibilities:

  • You are our "Master Proper" and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and refrigerators
  • Without you, cooking is not possible and guests will go hungry
  • With your "passione," you create an unforgettable L'Osteria atmosphere for our guests
  • In your daily tasks, you ensure compliance with HACCP standards and system guidelines. We are happy to support you and teach you these standards.
