Part-time Location: Great Falls, VA- Starting immediately
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining prices and customer database in the ERP system
  • Managing customer hierarchy
  • Close collaboration with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain)
  • Assisting with yearend closing
  • Monitoring and controlling daily invoice creation
  • Central point of contact for prices, conditions, and quantities
    YOUR PROFILE
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Experience in sales/inside sales or accounting
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with ERP programs
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
