Part-time Location: Great Falls, VA- Starting immediatelyYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining prices and customer database in the ERP system
- Managing customer hierarchy
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain)
- Assisting with yearend closing
- Monitoring and controlling daily invoice creation
- Central point of contact for prices, conditions, and quantities
YOUR PROFILE - Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in sales/inside sales or accounting
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP programs
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken English skills
