    Description
    Looking to hire a full time lead line cook/Jr. Sous Chef in a busy, upscale restaurant. Looking for an individual available 5 days a week. Compensation includes a $24.00 hourly rate plus tips. The hours will range from 8 to 10 hours a day. The Sous Chef is required to understand the vendors being used and ordering processes for the restaurant, while assisting the Executive chef with all operational aspects in the back of house. This position must be available for all scheduling changes (Open availability), to help with operational changes during all seasons.

    Requirements:
    • Prior Sous or Lead experience (2-3 years).
    • Ability to cook and communicate properly to support restaurant needs.
    • Top-rated, fast-paced atmosphere with a great team of co-workers who continually strive to elevate the experience.
    • Available for AM and PM Shifts.
    • Has a background in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
    • Able to understand and communicate will all staff (Spanish Speaking). Not required but does help.
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment supporting covers nightly.
