Your tasks:


  • Ensuring optimal project execution in the field of building automation for the entire branch in terms of technical accuracy and quality of execution
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of employees from project management and commissioning
  • Analysis of the qualifications of employees, planning and organizing suitable training and further education measures
  • Contact person for project managers and clients in unforeseen exceptional cases
  • Conducting success checks
  • Consulting and supporting concept development for clients
  • Technical consulting for clients

Your profile:


  • Degree in engineering or further education as a master/technician in the field of electrical, supply and control engineering or building automation
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as a project manager in the field of control, HVAC or electrical engineering
  • Communication, persuasion and teamwork skills
  • Business knowledge and knowledge of contract law
  • Resultsoriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as experience in personnel management
