We are currently seeking candidates for a 4.5-year dual study program to become a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with integrated vocational training as a Train Traffic Controller (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Erfurt.
What to expect:
  • You will start with a 1-month internship to get to know the company and the operations center. Afterwards, you will alternate between theory and practical phases.
  • During your practical phases, you will become familiar with the tasks of a Train Traffic Controller.
  • You will also gain comprehensive insights into the work of the district management in daily railway operations, as well as the planning of timetables during regular operations and construction projects.
  • For the theory phases, you will attend lectures at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt from the beginning.
  • After 2 years, you will complete your vocational training as a Train Traffic Controller in the electronic signal box and gain important practical experience in a minimum 4-month deployment.
