    Description

    Duties:
    Provide mentoring to junior data analysts on building efficient/effective dashboards.

    Work closely with Senior PMs on product features writing specifications/code and reviewing them with the product management and engineering teams.

    Build an end to end data quality monitoring system that identifies software bus as well as quality issues and reports the bugs to the software engineering team.

    Build and automate dashboards to track quality and performance of the products; build dashboards for senior leaders. Evaluate the impact on the product of adding/removing data sources.

    Explore and find meaning in high volumes of data to evaluate data quality and extract actionable insights that will help drive business decisions.

    Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.


    Requires:

    Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations in healthcare data analytics.

    In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations in healthcare data analytics.

    Requires 3 years of experience in all of the following:
    Python; Industry Standard billing codes such as ICD (International Classification of Diseases), CPT (Current Procedure Terminology), HCPCS (Health Care Common Procedure Coding System), and NDC (National Drug Codes); Relational databases including designing transformations, mappings, and working with reference tables; Working with a cross-functional team to investigate and address data issues; Using SQL and/or Tableau to create fully automated, efficient reporting and Quality assessment dashboards based on Raw data that are billions of rows long


    Salary:
    $163,240-$173,240. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
