SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing supportive activities in the operation of the lab, samples, and daily maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This role includes major duties and requirements but not limited to:
  • Maintains and organizes supplies, tools, and related items.
  • Cleans laboratory glassware following GLP methods, ensuring cleanliness and order in the washing and storage area.
  • Assists in maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, seeking guidance when needed.
  • Handles sample pick up, transportation, and delivery.
  • Reviews and processes documents and databases for sample transport.
  • Contributes to department efficiency by offering suggestions and collaborating in team projects.
  • Promotes a positive workplace environment and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; related work experience preferred; OR a suitable combination of education and experience.

Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Valid Driver's License may be required.

Required Knowledge:
  • Customer service and safe driving principles.
  • Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication methods with staff and customers.
  • Proficiency in business English.

Required Skills:
  • Safe vehicle operation.
  • Customer service provision.
  • Effective teamwork and individual contribution.
  • Database maintenance and information handling.
  • Utilizing tact and discretion in work interactions.
  • Oral presentation skills to various audiences.
  • Establishing effective work relationships.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
