As part of our direct recruitment service, we are currently seeking a Payroll Generalist (m/f/d) for our client in Wellston, MO.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for processing monthly payroll for all employees, in compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Handling of salary deductions, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and other forms of compensation
  • Administration of deductions for taxes, social security, health insurance, and other benefits in accordance with legal regulations
  • Monitoring of vacation and sick leave, as well as other absences, and ensuring proper calculation and payment
  • Ensuring compliance with employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and legal regulations in the field of payroll
  • Point of contact for employees regarding any questions related to payroll and providing support in resolving issues

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on human resources or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a mediumsized company
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good understanding of legal regulations in the field of payroll and social security
  • Strong affinity for numbers, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset
