The workday is very diverse, with regular communication and coordination with various departments such as project management, logistics, internal customs departments, and customers, both regionally and internationally.

How You Can Make a Difference

Support the Commercial Project Management team in project work
Assist with partial tasks in the project
Tracking project orders/checking for availability
Independent logistical processing, including coordinating/following up on delivery documents and transport orders
Coordinating customer approvals for delivery documents
Assisting with administrative tasks

What You Bring

Currently studying in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration, technical areas, or similar
Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong customer orientation and ability to independently structure and drive tasks
