    What is the Opportunity?

    Regulatory Compliance Management

    What will you do?

    • Support risk areas that play a first line role in relation to the management of specific Regulatory Compliance Risk to maintain RCM Program(s) related their area(s) of oversight
    • Act as a liaison with RCM Program team (Compliance) and global GRM RCM Reliance Model
    • Clean-up of the Regulatory Library via facilitated work sessions with individual Risk Areas
    • Oversee and support with the enhancement of the APAC RCM Reliance Model, where needed
    • Where appropriate, execute GRM Reliance Model activities to support Risk Owners
    • Support with the definition of the Monitoring and Testing Program and perform 2LOD testing where necessary and required
    • Support with the execution of RCM BAU processes as well as ad hoc open issues and projects
    • Continue to enhance and mature the US RCM Reliance model

    Business Analysis

    • Perform in-depth data analysis and examination to support decision making and remediation / execution activities for regulatory and strategic work
    • Create presentations and summary statistics for regulators, senior management and other stakeholders, which summarize findings and proposed solutions
    • Support with status updates, planning and reporting to regulators, compliance, senior management, project owners and other stakeholders
    • As necessary or when requested provide support to projects, initiatives and/or GRM's reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Assist with communication and governance strategies, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and other key parties, as required
    • Oversight and support other team members, often in Asia, with deliverables and personal development
    • Support stakeholders and team with problem solving, providing ideas and opinions

    The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
