Job Duties

  • Transport residents to and from their regularly scheduled personal appointments such as physician appointments, dialysis, etc.
  • Assist residents in and out of all vehicles as needed.
  • Ensure residents are safely seated with seat belts and, if applicable, wheelchair locking mechanism intact.
  • Keep all vehicles fueled, tagged, inspected and clean.
  • Maintain a transportation log for each vehicle.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Ability to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with residents at all times.
  • Good driving skills with safe and courteous driving habits.
  • Ability of lifting and transferring residents and necessary equipment in and out of vehicles.
  • Time keeping skills.
  • Ability to organize your day to fit all appointments scheduled.

Employment Requirements

  • Valid unrestricted AZ Driver's License
  • 1year experience driving a 14 passenger Bus or Shuttle
  • Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
  • Hands on CPR/AED and First Aide certifications
  • Current 2step TB Test (available onsite)

Shift Available
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position.

Will discuss schedule during interview. Will be an 8-hour shift.

$ $19.50/hour (based on years of experience)
