Overview:

The Business Transformation Director will be responsible for developing, scoping, and help to deliver Intelligent supply chain solutions to customers in all industries, driving tangible outcomes.

With a keen business focus, this role will be engaging with clients to understand their requirements and discover their needs to propose a wide range of solutions in line with industry best practices and state of art software solutions.

This role will be a thought leader keeping abreast of industry trends, process innovation, and emerging technologies.


What will you do:


  • Lead presales client engagements to scope the solutions and develop winning proposals
  • Act as a trusted partner to customer executives by providing relevant insights and best practices guidance
  • Lead and deliver supply chain maturity assessments to provide clear roadmaps for improvements
  • Develop supply chain business cases to showcase quantitative and qualitative ROI (return on investments)
  • Lead customer engagements to define and implement value metrics and KPIs that will demonstrate visible business success
  • Provide critical inputs to process design and Target Operating Models working alongside the delivery teams, and able to roll their sleeves and deliver solutions as and when needed
  • Provide ongoing support and thought leadership to customers to continually improve their supply chain maturity by demonstrating and delivering value.
  • Seamlessly collaborative with crossfunctional teams within Capgemini for proposal development and solution delivery
  • Develop best practice industry point of view for supply chain planning design and operations.
  • Selfstarter, looking for internal and external improvements to grow the business.

What you should have

  • Bachelor's Degree or above. MBA from a reputed institution is highly preferred
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant supply chain experience in consultancy, software, or industrial operations.
  • Strong Supply chain knowledge including, Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, S&OP/IBP, Production and Capacity Planning, Supplier engineering and Inventory Management
  • Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fitgap analysis.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives and business stakeholders to shape and influence decision making
  • Ability to understand customers' businesses and supply chain needs and leverage it to effectively design solutions to drive business value.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client relationshipbuilding and facilitation skills (meeting sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming etc.)
  • Ability to handle complex situations with little to no guidance. Demonstrated ease to navigate in complex project environments and ability to communicate and influence senior management C-Level Executives.
  • Commercial instinct to discover and develop new consulting opportunities.
  • Experience in creating and improving Supply chain Target Operating model and process design.
  • Expertise in leading, defining and aligning on key supply chain design topics and decisions.
  • Exposure to digital technologies and process model to able to effectively complete the work
  • Act as a team lead or counsellor/coach for others.
  • Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable
