    Overview

    A remote Bank Contracts Project Manager position is available, requiring a minimum of 4 years' experience. The role involves handling bank contracts, project management, vendor relations, and working within the banking and financial industry.

    Responsibilities

    Structuring and negotiating vendor contracts of strategic importance to the Bank.
    Acting as a trusted advisor to internal business partners, supporting short and long-term roadmaps.

    Maintaining a strong knowledge of market trends to negotiate various contract types, such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing.

    Leading internal, ad-hoc sourcing projects.

    Managing business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, collaborating with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and negotiating contract prices and other sourcing activities.

    Leading projects related to strategic Bank initiatives involving multiple vendors, providing analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies.
    Managing enterprise vendor relationships, establishing ongoing requirements, and developing action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping.

    Qualifications

    A minimum of 4 years' experience in bank contracts, project management, vendor relations, and the banking and financial industry.

    Skills

    Strong expertise in negotiating vendor contracts.
    Excellent project management skills.
    Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
    Knowledge of market trends and contract structuring.
    Proficiency in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
    Experience in cost containment strategies and contract price negotiations.
