And we do it with passion and expertise That's why we are looking for trend-conscious, motivated Store Managers (m/f/d) who are willing to take responsibility for the shop and all employees (m/f/d).

Working closely with the Sales Manager (m/f/d) is also part of the job.

You will work independently with us and a structured, responsible, and reliable work ethic is a must. You live and love your work with customers (m/f/d) and are open-minded towards people and your team.

Your responsibilities

Professional and personal leadership and development of your team
Developing and defining goals with each team member based on company goals and visions (with support from the sales management)
Independent, structured, and goaloriented work
Contributing your own ideas for the shop's development
Selling hair products

Your qualifications

Completed training as a hairdresser (m/f/d) or completed commercial training
Passion for hair
Enjoy working with customers
Ideally, some experience in leading a team
You value always being customerfriendly and customeroriented, as well as having exceptional team spirit and reliability
