The Department


We in the Order Acceptance & Shipping department are a small team with great responsibility - as we are the first and last interface to our customers.

We accompany the order process from start to finish:
from taking the order, coordinating with production, to invoicing and national and international shipping.


Your Tasks | What to Expect

  • You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Shipping and Order Acceptance departments
  • You are responsible for the export of our products (partially dualuse) and act as a contact person for external organizations such as customs authorities, BAFA, etc.
  • You closely collaborate with adjacent departments (production, accounting, customer support) and establish successful cooperation with partners in the Roche Group
  • You contribute significantly to the integration of TIB into the logistics chain of the Roche Group
  • Your tasks also include customer support for customerspecific products and delivery conditions

Qualifications | What You Bring

  • Successfully completed business administration training or degree
  • Several years of relevant professional
