Rhein-Neckar region:
- Your responsibilities
Facility Management: You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our existing buildings in the field of TGA / HLS, ensuring optimal functionality of our building technology. You will also carry out minor repairs on technical systems independently.
Competent contact person: You will have contact with your colleagues from real estate management as well as our tenants. In addition, you will commission, coordinate and monitor the services of craftsmen.
- Your profile
- Completed training in the field of HLS or electrical engineering
- Extensive professional experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, ideally also in the field of electrical engineering / building automation
- Valid driver's license class B
- Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- Structured and solutionoriented work style, as well as a high level of service orientation
