To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a
Facility Specialist for Building Technology and Maintenance (TGA / HLS) (m/f/d) for our existing buildings in the
Rhein-Neckar region:

Your responsibilities
Facility Management: You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our existing buildings in the field of TGA / HLS, ensuring optimal functionality of our building technology. You will also carry out minor repairs on technical systems independently.

Competent contact person: You will have contact with your colleagues from real estate management as well as our tenants. In addition, you will commission, coordinate and monitor the services of craftsmen.

Your profile
Completed training in the field of HLS or electrical engineering
Extensive professional experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, ideally also in the field of electrical engineering / building automation
Valid driver's license class B
Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Structured and solutionoriented work style, as well as a high level of service orientation
