    Every day, the healthcare landscape seems to shift away from the core of medicine.     • Patient Engagement - Commure Engage empowers providers to engage with patients along the care journey, decreasing appointment no-shows and enhancing health outcomes
    • Workflow Automation - PatientKeeper and other tools automate repetitive tasks, freeing up healthcare professionals to focus on patient care
    • Staff Safety - Commure Strongline ensures staff safety in the face of workplace incidents by offering a mechanism to request assistance and de-escalate potentially volatile situations
    • At-Home Monitoring - Athelas Care Management provides remote sensors for in-home healthcare, enabling early intervention and ultimately saving lives
    • Billing Solutions - Athelas RCM delivers AI-powered revenue cycle management solutions that optimize claims submission, guaranteeing complete reimbursement for healthcare services
    • Automated Dictation - Athelas Scribe utilizes advanced technology to record and summarize appointments automatically, saving healthcare providers valuable time

    Responsibilities: Let's Make It Happen

    • Develop scalable infrastructure to enhance operational efficiencies and have a direct impact on revenue and profitability
    • Participate in designing and implementing systems and processes that foster scalability and efficiency in a rapidly growing environment
    • Tackle intricate, unclear business challenges and take charge of operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)
    • Own crucial operational metrics, with productivity gauged by advancing metrics rather than time spent
    • Engage in collaborative efforts across different teams, including Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams

    Education/Skills: Check This Out

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or operations within a high-paced SaaS tech company
    • B. S. or M.S. in a quantitative field like Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science obtained from a top 20 university
    • Proficient in Python, with a background in API & Web Scraping

    Requirements: Been There, Done That

    • Demonstrated track record of achieving results as an IC and collaborating with technical teams to establish scalable architectures
    • Capable of overseeing the entire project management process, ensuring timely and quality onboarding and continuous enhancement of key metrics
    • Exhibit drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a track record of accomplishments
    • Adaptable to Chaos: Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, adept at prioritizing tasks, and skilled at identifying obstacles both internally and externally
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter. Flourish in a fast-paced setting and able to proactively seek information, gather resources, and deliver outcomes without constant guidance

    Compensation Range: $80K - $140K
